Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Azurea. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking
A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been paid and a confirmation has been issued. After confirmation, the reservation becomes binding under the conditions described in this document.
2. Payment
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. If the remaining balance is not received within the required timeframe, Azurea reserves the right to cancel the booking.
3. Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount remains due and is non-refundable.
We recommend that guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
4. Security deposit
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival. This amount will be pre-authorised on your payment method and is intended to cover any potential damages or additional costs incurred during the stay.
The deposit will be released after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition and no damage has been identified.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out are arranged locally to ensure a smooth and personal arrival experience. Detailed instructions will be shared with you prior to your stay.
Guests are expected to respect the agreed check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00, and check-out is before 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
6. Use of the property
The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, with an ideal occupancy of 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
The apartment is located within a quiet and family-friendly residence. Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 07:00. Guests must respect neighbours and the residential nature of the property during these hours.
Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only (no elevator). Guests are responsible for ensuring that this is suitable for their needs prior to booking.
7. Condition of the property
Guests are expected to take care of the apartment and leave it in a tidy condition upon departure.
BBQ use is permitted where available; however, it must be cleaned after use. If the BBQ is not cleaned, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
8. Liability
Azurea cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their party at all times.
Azurea is not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions, local infrastructure issues or third-party services.
9. Facilities
Guests have access to shared facilities within the residence, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground and other amenities.
These facilities are managed by the residence and may be subject to availability, maintenance or seasonal opening times. Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
10. Parking
A large free public parking area is available nearby, including electric vehicle charging points. While parking is easily accessible, Azurea is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft related to parked vehicles.
11. Force majeure
Azurea cannot be held liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws in France.
